Example:

  • Purchase a shredder and an extruder
  • Get in touch with local residents and ask them to send you plastic parts and utensils that they would discard in the trash
  • Or you can either collect the parts yourself or buy the plastic directly from waste pickers / recyclers
  • Wash the parts, sort by type, shred the parts and then
    use the extrusion machine to start making filaments for 3D printing

Plastic shredding

PET Bottles, Cups, Utensils, Canisters and other plastic props are crushed into flakes that will be used on other machines to create new things.
You can select the output size of these flakes by changing the filter / sieve inside the machine to create different processes and patterns.

What is plastic extrusion?

Plastic extrusion is a continuous process where plastic flakes are inserted into a funnel and extruded into a plastic filament.
These filaments can be used to make new raw materials such as 3d printing filament, make plastic granulate, rotated around a mold, or used by you in new and creative ways.

What is plastic injection?

Plastic flakes are heated and injected into a mold.
It is a relatively fast process, which is well suited for creating small objects repeatedly. You can make the molds completely alone using CNC machines or lathes, or simply weld them.
NOTE: We can supply the molds according to your design or specification.

What is plastic compression?

The plastic is heated in the oven and slowly pressed into a mold with a car jack. Suitable for making large, solid objects, the oven itself is also a great machine for prototyping and testing with plastic.
